Gereed! Atletiek! So het die heeldag gegaan met \u2018n bietjie \u2018wie-gaan-wen?!\u2019. Blou-Rooi-Geelspan! Daar was heerlike pannekoeke, <em>ribrolls <\/em>en worsbroodjies. Almal het rondgehardloop met \u2018n glimlag. Selfs die Bokmakieries het in groen saam gehardloop. Blou-span se tema was \u2018Rio Karnavaal\u2019, die Geel-span was \u2018Emojis\u2019 en die Rooi-span was die \u2018Thunder Bolts\u2019. Daar was goeie gees en die kinders se stemme was hees geskree, maar wen wou hulle wen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We were really excited for our teams to win. We worked really hard screaming and singing. Everybody hoped that <em>their<\/em> team would win this year! They were however nervous when participating in the athletics because everyone hoped to make it through to the next round. Everyone showed real courage and participated in many athletic sports.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the fun, participating in sports also hold great benefits, one of these is the bond that it creates. During this athletics meet we competed in shot-put, javelin, discus, high jump, long jump, running and hurdles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aan die einde van die dag het die gees-beker aan die Rooi-span gegaan en die atletiek-beker aan die Blou-span.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We also appreciate the hard work from all teachers and parents, we couldn\u2019t have done this without you!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Op julle merke!
